I have the right to refuse a commission.

Will not do NSFW/18+ work.

I will not accept any material/work that is offensive or targeting a certain group of people or individuals.

You have to be 18+ or have a guardian present to do any business with me. unless explicitly stated otherwise.

I only accept payments through PayPal and in US Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments is taken full upfront. Additional fees will be added and will be discussed with you before putting the final price

Payment using PayPal will be done through PayPal invoice with the payment final fee is calculated upon agreement. Calculation will be the total cost of the commission + 8.5% (PayPal fee).

Refunds are not possible. Please be sure about your request and discuss with me before hand.

Visual reference are necessary and encouraged for any commission types. Characters without one will be considered a design commission, which will be taken on a case-by-case situation and have additional fees depending on how complex it is.

During the sketch phase, you may ask for adjustments up to 2 times before additional fees is considered.

You as the commissioner, can ask for updates from me and I will reply as soon as I'm available.

You as the commissioner, may request minor tweaks past the sketch stage if I overlooked something in your references or descriptions. This does not include things overlooked by the commissioner.

You as the commissioner, are allowed to repost the commission you get from me. Credits are encouraged.

You as the commissioner, may NOT sell, profit or claim the artwork as your own.

Please refrain from obscuring the artwork or removing my watermark when reposting or editing for personal use.

AI and NFT usage is strictly forbidden

As the artist, I reserve the Moral Rights for all my artwork.

I reserve the right to use the work for my portfolio once the commission is done.

I have the right to log any and all conversations about the commission.

Visual References is encouraged. Descriptions are welcomed, but please provide all the necessary info about the commission. Additional fees may occur for design work

Additional fees may occur for more complex commissions. This includes, but not limited to: guns, armors, vehicles, robots, etc.

Turn around for commissions may vary between commissioners, and will be contacted if any delays occurs. You can ask for updates for the commission.

Work hours are Tuesday & Wednesday @8 A.M - 11 A.M unless stated otherwise Will update all correspondence for changes in work time.
